AgencySweet provides agency management software including range estimates, progress invoicing, opportunity tracking, and client contracts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgencySweet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
